Job Description
Bajaj Capital is hiring Sales Executives for its Kanpur locations. The selected candidates will be responsible for customer interaction, lead generation, explaining financial/insurance products, follow-ups and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calling and other sources.
Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Explain suitable financial and insurance products to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain regular communication with customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer and sales records.
Coordinate with the team for documentation and customer onboarding.
Provide proper customer service and post-sales support.
Eligibility
12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable with target-based sales.
Willingness to work from any of the mentioned Kanpur locations.
Important: Candidates should be comfortable travelling to/working at any of the above locations.
