Job Title: Sales Executive- Jewellery

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budget.
Explain product features, designs, gold purity, diamond quality, gemstones, and making charges.
Showcase jewellery collections and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.
Maintain proper jewellery display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and customer details.
Follow store procedures for jewellery handling, security, and stock management.
Coordinate with the store manager and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Follow company policies and deliver a high standard of customer service.
