Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at AVR Swarna Mahal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience in a premium jewellery retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery products

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations

• Achieve individual and store sales targets

• Maintain product knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver collections

• Ensure showroom cleanliness and attractive product displays

• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic stock support

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales (jewellery experience preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with a pleasing personality

• Basic knowledge of jewellery and current trends is an advantage

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
