We are looking for a target-driven and charismatic Sales Executive to join our frontline team. You will be responsible for meeting prospective buyers, showcasing our properties, and guiding them through the journey of buying their dream home.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling.

· Set up site visits with potential clients.

· Survey projects sites and gather data to deliver it to clients.

· Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

· Take Ownership of Sale.

· Meeting His/her Target

Requirements:

· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

· Ability to Understand Customer Requirement and Fulfil them.

· Fast learner and passion for sales.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

· This is a field job. Should be ready to travel for sales.

· Good Listener, Good at Story Telling

· Should Be Accountable

· Someone looking a career with a minimum of 3 years of in Real Estate

· Empathetic

· Problem Solving Mind-set

· Must Have Bike.
