JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE (SHOWROOM)

Position Details

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
Qualification: HSC / Graduate (Preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, demonstrating products, and converting inquiries into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.

• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Follow up with prospective customers to generate sales.

• Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing and delivery.

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and promotional materials.

• Keep accurate customer records and sales reports.
