Job Vacancy: Sales Executive

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Department: Sales & Administration

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience & qualifications)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Executive to support our growing sales operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and efficient in managing sales documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining excellent customer support. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily sales processes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices

Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer data

Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance departments

Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups

Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and forecasts

Support the sales team with administrative and clerical tasks

Monitor inventory levels related to sales orders

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

1-3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role

Freshers can also apply (Only female candidates are preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
