The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers directly at the showroom, understanding their bike requirements, showcasing product features, converting leads into sales, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves excellent communication and closing skills to maximize showroom bike sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom, providing detailed product information about two-wheelers like Vespa, Aprilia, and Jawa bikes.
Facilitate test rides, explain bike features and financing options, and assist customers through the entire purchase process.
Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Follow up with potential customers through calls, messages, and showroom visits to nurture leads and close sales.
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to facilitate loan processing and insurance for customers.
Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and enquiry logs.
Participate in promotional activities, marketing events, and campaigns to boost showroom footfall and sales.
Support post-sales activities like vehicle delivery coordination and customer feedback collection.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in automobile or bike retail sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle customer objections effectively.
Basic understanding of bike financing and insurance processes.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools to manage customer data and sales activities.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
