Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to support business growth in industrial and B2B segments. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial/OEM segments

• Assist in onboarding new clients (OEMs, distributors, dealers)

• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business

• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits

• Support negotiations and closure of sales deals

• Coordinate with internal teams (Production, QA/QC, Logistics) for order execution

• Track sales activities and update CRM regularly

• Gather market intelligence on competitors and industry trends

• Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs

Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Industrial/B2B Sales (ropes, wires, cranes, elevators, lifting products preferred)

• Basic understanding of industrial products and sales cycles

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build client relationships and generate leads

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Fluency in English (spoken & written)

• Willingness to travel as per business needs

• Preferred: B.Tech (Mechanical) or MBA (Marketing)
