Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth in industrial and B2B segments. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial segments
Assist in onboarding new clients (dealers, distributors, dealers)
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits
Support negotiations and closure of sales deals
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, QA/QC, Logistics) for order execution
Track sales activities and update CRM regularly
Gather market intelligence on competitors and industry trends
Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs
Key Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Industrial/B2B Sales (ropes, wires, cranes, elevators, lifting products preferred)
Basic understanding of industrial products and sales cycles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build client relationships and generate leads
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Fluency in English (spoken & written)
Willingness to travel as per business needs
Preferred: Graduate
