We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Marketing Sales Executive to convert high-quality leads into long-term business partnerships through technical expertise and persuasive communication
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with provided leads to crack deals using deep product knowledge and strategic sales tactics.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute consistent marketing efforts through professional mailers and high-energy cold/warm calling.
Client Visits: Conduct on-site visits to prospective clients to build rapport, demonstrate product value, and close sales.
Technical Sales: Learn and articulate the specifications of SS 304/316 products to provide technical solutions to client needs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with B2B clients to ensure repeat business.
Reporting: Use Advanced MS Excel to track lead status, conversion rates, and daily outreach activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Undergraduate degree in any discipline (Marketing or Engineering background preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle professional mailings and persuasive calling.
Smart Selling: Ability to think on your feet, handle objections, and "crack" leads effectively.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini for drafting mailers.
Mobility: Willingness to travel for client visits within the industrial region.
Organization: Strong time management skills to balance calling, mailing, and visiting schedules.
