Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling, references, networking, and field visits

• Connect with prospective customers and understand their business requirements

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

• Experience in Software, SaaS, B2B, or IT Sales is preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

• Comfortable with client meetings

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools
