Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with dealers and distributors.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• Identify new business opportunities in assigned regions/markets.

• Conduct regular visits to clients, dealers, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and close sales.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of Automobile sector / IT software & services.

• Experience in dealer and distributor management.

• Ability to achieve targets under pressure.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel.

Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Automobile or IT preferred).
