Job Title: Admin Cum Sales Executive

Location: Ambedkar Colony, Chhatarpur, New Delhi

Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

We are a growing healthcare and wellness company specializing in IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) wellness services and nutritional supplements.

We provide personalized health counselling, wellness services, and nutritional supplements to support customers in improving their quality of life.

Job Responsibilities

Admin Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day office administrative activities.

- Maintain and update records, files, and documentation.

- Manage basic data entry and prepare reports using MS Excel.

- Maintain employee and operational records.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations.

- Handle WhatsApp, email, and other office communication.

- Hiring and team retentation

- Assist with order coordination, dispatch follow-ups, and basic operational tasks.

- Support recruitment activities, including candidate coordination and interview scheduling.

- Ensure smooth functioning of routine office activities.

Sales & Customer Counselling Responsibilities

- Counsel and communicate with customers through phone and WhatsApp.

- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable wellness services and supplements.

- Follow up with leads and existing customers.

- Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.

- Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and support.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth customer onboarding and order processing.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is an added advantage.

- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and Email.

- Ability to manage both administrative and sales responsibilities.

- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.

- Willingness to learn healthcare/wellness products and services.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) ( Science background will be an added advantage. )

- Experience: 1–3 years in Administration, Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Healthcare, Wellness, Pharmaceuticals, or Nutraceuticals preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Candidates residing near Ambedkar Colony / Chhatarpur or nearby localities will be preferred due to the Work From Office requirement.
