Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and
ensuring an exceptional sales experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a
customer- first mindset, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the experience store.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored furniture solutions.
• Deliver walkthroughs of the store and share project portfolios to showcase our
expertise.
2. Lead Management:
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, real estate brokers,
and references.
• Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details and progress.
3. Sales Process Execution:
• Explain the design process, pricing, and customization options to customers.
• Share tentative BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and manage customer expectations.
• Collectrendering charges and facilitate customersite visits with the design team.
4. Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Drive footfall to the store through proactive outreach and follow-ups
