🏢 Employment Type: Full-time | Work From Office (WFO Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, colleges, exams, eligibility, scholarships, and career pathways using KollegeApply’s AI-backed insights.

• Convert inbound/outbound leads into admissions through structured counseling and strong follow-ups.

• Handle 200+ calls per day with a minimum 2 hours of productive talk-time.

• Maintain accurate CRM entries and manage the student pipeline smoothly.

• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets consistently.

• Provide end-to-end assistance to students throughout the application and admission process.

• Coordinate with operations and internal teams to ensure timely student onboarding and application closure.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, telecalling, telesales, or admission processes (EdTech preferred).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.

• Ability to manage high-volume calling and work in a performance-driven environment.

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.

• Mandatory: Candidates must have their own working laptop.
