Key Responsibilities:
▪️Manage relationships with Managers to achieve life insurance sales targets.
▪️Drive activation and performance of the team across assigned branches.
▪️Conduct joint sales calls with bank staff and ensure timely customer follow-up and lead conversion.
▪️Train and develop bank employees on life insurance products and sales techniques.
▪️Promote cross-selling within the bank’s customer base and increase insurance penetration.
Skills Required:
▪️1-3 years of experience in Bancassurance (Life Insurance) .
▪️Strong communication, relationship-building, and client engagement skills.
▪️Good knowledge of life insurance products and financial services.
▪️Ability to conduct effective training and motivate banking partners.
▪️Target-driven, process-oriented, and skilled in managing sales governance and performance tracking.
