We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team at Tutopia. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers salary range between 25 k to 35k and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking events.
Manage outreach campaigns, including telemarketing and mailers.
Establish and nurture relationships with Students or Parents of the concerned students.
Conduct follow-ups, address inquiries, and maintain engagement to nurture prospects.
Support end-to-end sales processes—from lead qualification to deal closure.
Assist in creating customized presentations, proposals, business plans, and pitches.
Work closely with sales teams to drive alignment on strategies and campaigns.
Contribute insights to broader business development initiatives.
Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, pipeline progression, and client interactions.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and progress reports.
Draft and deliver compelling business proposals tailored to the client's needs.
Participate in negotiations to close deals or establish partnerships.
Handle scheduling, document management, internal coordination, and follow-up tracking.
Participate in meetings and maintain organized records of business development activities.
Qualification:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate in any streams and 6months to 2years of Edutech experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
