Position: Sales Executive / Franchise Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive to handle Franchise Sales, generate leads, communicate with prospects, explain the business model, follow up with interested clients, and convert qualified leads into franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming Franchise inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.

• Explain the Cleaning Karigar Franchise Business Model, investment, services and support.

• Understand customer requirements and identify serious prospects.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential franchise partners.

• Handle objections related to investment, customers, staff, business model and support.

• Schedule and conduct Franchise presentations/meetings.

• Maintain proper lead and follow-up records.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the onboarding team after successful conversion.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking in Hindi + English/Hinglish.

• Basic knowledge of sales and lead follow-up.

• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

• Prior experience in Telecalling, Sales, Franchise Sales or Business Development will be an advantage.
