As a Counter Sales Executive at Ajmal, you are the face of a brand with over 70 years of heritage. You won't just sell perfume; you will curate olfactory experiences. Your goal is to welcome guests, share the rich history of our notes, and provide personalized recommendations that turn visitors into lifelong patrons.
Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and use "The Art of Fragrance" to identify their preferences (Floral, Woody, Oriental, etc.).
Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Ajmal’s signature collections, including Oudh, Bakhoor, and Western sprays.
Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling (e.g., suggesting a lotion or concentrated oil to complement a spray).
Store Standards: Ensure the counter is impeccably clean, testers are filled, and displays are visually appealing according to brand guidelines.
Inventory & Admin: Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory counts, and process transactions accurately using the POS system.
Experience: 0–5 years in luxury retail, beauty, or high-end hospitality. (Fragrance experience is a huge plus!)
Communication: Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional languages are highly valued in the fragrance industry.
Personality: Sophisticated, patient, and persuasive with a genuine passion for perfumery.
Grooming: Must maintain a professional, polished appearance at all times.
