Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate property details
Arrange and conduct site visits for clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Negotiate prices and close sales deals
Follow up with potential clients regularly
Maintain records of leads, calls, and sales activities
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, CRM, etc.)
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
