Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and understand their footwear requirements

• Showcase Airemora’s collections and explain product features, craftsmanship, and pricing

• Provide styling advice and assist customers in selecting the right footwear

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store hygiene

• Handle billing, POS operations, and basic cash management

• Manage stock display, replenishment, and coordination with the store team

• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (footwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred)

• Strong communication skills in English and local language

• Customer-focused mindset with a pleasant personality

• Willingness to work on weekends and during peak hours

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing

• Passion for fashion, footwear, or luxury retail
