Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Field Coordinator (FC) to manage on-ground operations, interact directly with customers, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, direct sales, or B2C sales, and must be comfortable with fieldwork and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Engage directly with customers, explain products or services, and resolve queries effectively.
Coordination:
Coordinate with hospital staff, center managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting:
Maintain and share daily visit details, customer feedback, and performance reports.
Target Achievement:
Work towards weekly and monthly sales or conversion targets.
Field & Standing Work:
Perform on-ground activities; this is not a desk job. The role requires active field presence and standing for long durations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass (No pursuing degree or college students).
Candidates must be available full-time and able to commit without interruptions.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Direct Sales / B2C Sales / Retail Sales / Counter Sales or similar customer-facing roles.
Prior field experience is mandatory.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from industries such as Healthcare, Finance, Telecom, or Insurance are preferred.
Should have experience in retail outlets, direct sales, or field marketing.
Candidates from technical or IT backgrounds are not suitable for this position.
