WhatsApp / missed calls
Maintain proper call logs & follow-up records
2. 💼 Sales Conversion
Convert inquiries into bookings through persuasive communication
Achieve monthly sales targets
Upsell & cross-sell travel services:
Hotels
Flights
Activities
Honeymoon add-ons
3. 🧳 Travel Consultation
Understand customer requirements (budget, destination, duration)
Suggest suitable travel packages:
Domestic tours
International tours
Honeymoon packages
Group tours
Provide personalized recommendations
4. 📑 Package Explanation & Quotation
Explain itinerary, inclusions, exclusions clearly
Share quotations via:
