Position: Sales Trainee

We are looking for passionate, result-oriented individuals to join our growing team. We need energetic graduates eager to kickstart a career in the high-growth Med-Tech industry.

Location: Vijayawada/Rajahmundry

Core Role Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new hospital accounts, clinics, and diagnostic centers within the assigned territory.

• Relationship Management: Maintain the 25-year trust Ikon has built with its existing customers through regular follow-ups and service coordination.

A Day in the Life (Everyday Activities)

A career at Ikon is dynamic and field-intensive. Travel is a core component (70%) of this role, as our impact happens on the hospital floor, not behind a desk.

• Morning plan of action meetings

• Visit sites to promote products and generate enquiries

• Site visits, contacts and meeting notes to be logged in the CRM tool

• Review and planning meetings

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 0–1years 

• Mobility: willingness to travel (70% of the time)

• Skills: Strong communication in Telugu and English; ability to explain technical specifications in simple terms to customers.
