Acquire customers through branches, DSAs, builders, and direct sourcing channels. Achieve sales, cross-sell, and insurance targets. Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement. Ensure timely documentation, application login, and customer service. Drive cross-sell opportunities for CASA and other banking products. Adhere to all compliance and business process guidelines.
