Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and result-oriented Sales Professional to drive occupancy and client acquisition at The Headquarters. We highly welcome competitive sales professionals from diverse customer-facing backgrounds such as Corporate Sales, Luxury Hotel Management/Hospitality Sales, or high-value Product Sales.
The ideal candidate will leverage their strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills to acquire corporate clients, startups, and SMEs, ensuring premium workspace solutions are delivered seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and convert business leads through direct outreach, corporate networking, corporate references, and localized B2B marketing channel tie-ups.
Consultative Pitching & Solutions: Understand client organizational requirements to recommend optimal premium workspace options (Private Managed Offices, Shared Desks, Conference Rooms, and Custom Enterprise Suites).
Site Inspections & Tours: Lead corporate clients, decision-makers, and startup founders through impressive, high-touch physical site visits and solution presentations.
Deal Closure & Negotiation: Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, from pricing negotiations to closing contracts with strong persuasion and commercial understanding.
Account Management & Renewals: Maintain close relationships with current clients to maximize customer satisfaction, secure contract renewals, and unlock upselling opportunities.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual space occupancy and sales revenue targets.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with the on-site operations and hospitality management teams to ensure flawless onboarding for new clients.
Required Target Backgrounds & Skillsets
We are actively scouting for talent possessing a strong sales pedigree in any of the following fields:
Corporate / B2B Sales Background: Experience pitching service solutions directly to HR heads, Admin heads, CXOs, and procurement teams.
Hotel Management / Hospitality Sales Background: Professionals from premium hotels skilled in corporate room bookings, banquet sales, guest relations, and presenting high-end luxury infrastructure.
Product / Industrial Sales Background: Target-driven individuals with a proven track record of handling high-volume sales pipelines, structural presentation closures, and pipeline management tools.
Core Competencies & Qualifications:
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree. A degree or diploma in Hotel Management (BHM), Business Administration (MBA/BBA), or Marketing is a strong plus.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of aggressive sales experience with a track record of meeting direct sales targets.
Soft Skills: Flawless verbal and written communication skills, exceptional presentation abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
