Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to promote and sell process instruments such as pressure, temperature, level, flow, and analytical instruments to industrial customers. The role involves technical sales, customer interaction, solution recommendation, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new customers in process industries (Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharma, Power, Cement, Water, Food & Beverage, etc.)
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for instruments and solutions
Prepare and follow up on techno-commercial offers
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions
Technical Support
Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable instruments
Provide pre-sales technical support, product selection, and application guidance
Coordinate with engineering and production teams for order execution
