About Vuee Design

Vuee Design is a premium design and manufacturing company specializing in luxury stainless steel fountains, architectural water features, water walls, parametric installations, and bespoke metal design solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and landscape projects.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer who understands architectural products, technical drawings, measurements, and client coordination to drive business development across India.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads from architects, interior designers, landscape architects, builders, developers, hotels, and corporate clients.

• Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and government projects.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.

• Build long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and project management companies.

Technical Sales

• Understand architectural drawings, CAD layouts, and fountain design concepts.

• Read and interpret dimensions in feet, inches, millimetres (mm), and metres.

• Calculate project measurements, material quantities, and preliminary BOQs.

• Explain fountain systems, pumps, nozzles, LED lighting, stainless steel grades, and finishes to clients.

• Coordinate with the design team for customized fountain solutions.

Site Coordination

• Visit project sites for measurements and technical discussions.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and installation teams.

• Ensure all technical requirements are captured before quotation and production.

Quotation & Project Follow-up

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.

• Coordinate with the design and production team for costing and timelines.

• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.

• Follow up on inquiries until order closure and payment milestones.

Market Development

• Develop business in luxury residences, hotels, malls, corporate offices, cafés, restaurants, hospitals, and public spaces.

• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.

• Identify export opportunities in the UAE and GCC markets.

Required Skills

• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and architectural plans.

• Strong understanding of measurements in Feet, Inches & MM.

• Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication, metal works, or construction products is preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience using WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM tools for client follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, Interior, or related Engineering field.

• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, architectural products, façade, metal fabrication, modular furniture, landscape, lighting, or fountain industry.

• Candidate with experience in fountains, swimming pools, water features, or stainless steel fabrication will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience).
