Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Identifying and developing new customers /applications. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and build strong relationships with clients.

• Solution Development: Generating new inquiries by frequent customer visits & product influence. Work with clients to understand their requirements and propose customized solutions that align with their business objectives.

• Product Training: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal staff on product features, benefits, and applications.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.

• Sales Collaboration: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation to support the sales process.

Qualifications/Competencies:

• Bachelor/Diploma in Engineering, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or Bsc Phy/Chem

• Proven experience in a sales engineering role or a similar technical sales position.

• Strong understanding of [specific technologies, products, or services relevant to the company].

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in [relevant software/tools, if applicable.
