Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Sales Engineer with a strong background in industrial and pneumatic tools. In this role, you will lead new client acquisition, manage key industrial accounts, conduct technical demonstrations, and drive revenue growth across key manufacturing and automotive clusters.

Key Responsibilities

• New Account Acquisition: Identify prospective B2B clients, manufacturing units, and automotive workshops within the assigned territory; generate leads and convert them into long-term accounts.

• Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing industrial clients, procurement heads, and workshop managers to ensure recurring business and account growth.

• Technical Consultation & Product Demos: Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable industrial/pneumatic tool solutions. Conduct on-site product trials and demonstrations.

• Territory Management & Field Travel: Independently plan and execute daily field visits across industrial zones to build a robust sales pipeline.

• Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date sales funnels, track client interactions using CRM tools, and submit weekly/monthly sales and activity reports via MS Excel.

• Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities, market pricing trends, and emerging demands within the manufacturing and automotive sectors.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B technical sales, industrial tools, pneumatic equipment, or manufacturing supplies.

• Track Record: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and successfully onboarding new industrial accounts.

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.

• Mobility: Must possess an active vehicle (Two-wheeler / Four-wheeler) and a valid driving license for regular local client visits.

• Technical Tools: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and standard CRM platforms for reporting and pipeline tracking.

• Mindset: High ownership, self-motivated, and capable of operating independently in field environments.
