Job Description:

Srex Power India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Engineer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good technical understanding of EPC of Electrical Substation projects or Power System, and the ability to generate business. opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.

• Lead generation for domestic and international projects.

• Prepare and deliver impactful marketing and sales presentations.

• Provide technical solution and do the technical closure of the project.

• Establish initial contact with prospects via phone, email, or meetings to promote company services.

• Independently manage the complete sales and marketing and client engagement cycle.

• Track business opportunities and manage sales pipelines.

• Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, client visits, and vendor registrations.

• Work closely with the technical and proposals team to ensure accurate client solutions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and EPC clients.

• Manage client accounts, follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Basic technical understanding of EPC services, substations, and industrial solutions.

• Experience with vendor registrations and government/private sector liaison is a plus.
