Sales Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial equipment and a proven ability to drive sales growth. As a Sales and Service Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Provide technical support and expertise to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

Qualifications

- Sales Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service skills

- Technical Support and Communication abilities

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to understand and explain technical information to non-technical audiences

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Experience in the industrial machinery or related industry is a plus
