Relationship Management
Develops and maintains good relationships with customers through technical and marketing presence
Develop, present or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
Understands the industry and customer trends and maps territory to anticipate capacity availability or constraints
Monitors competitors, market conditions and product development
Follows up on sales activity, ensuring quality checks on product and service delivery
Works with company new product development team to help define and ensure customer requirements are being met. Provides voice of customer (VOC) feedback
Key Competency
Strong customer service focus required
Operational knowledge of MS Office
Exposure to Auto CAD
Demonstrated skill in design of experiments, data capture, data analysis using statistical tools and extraction of key knowledge from analysis
Ability to function in a matrixed, team-oriented environment
Ability to see the big picture and drive to it with minimal supervision
Strong skills in time management and managing multiple priorities
