Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Engineers to promote and sell capital machinery

across designated regions. This role requires both technical knowledge and strong customer service

relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the capital machinery

industry.

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and prospects.

 Conduct product demonstrations and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.

 Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.

 Track competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategies.

 Submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.

Requirements:

 0–4years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in capital equipment or

industrial machinery.

 Strong understanding of industrial machinery and applications.

 Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently while achieving sales targets.

 Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month in the assigned region.
