Sales Engineer will support the organization in driving revenue growth and expanding
the company's market presence. This position involves identifying new business
opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing
strategies to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record
in B2B product sales and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular customer visits to generate inquiries and build a healthy sales
funnel.
• Send proposals to customers and actively track Purchase Orders (POs).
• Continuously strive to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Handle negotiation and ensure successful order conversion.
• Explore new business opportunities in the market, including customers, projects,
and emerging sectors.
• Identify new ideas and opportunities to support business growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage B2B sales operations and work effectively in a dynamic product and
departmental environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in B2B product sales or business
development.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
