Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively finding new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media.

• Client Relationship Management: Building trust and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

  Showcasing products/services, highlighting benefits to potential clients

• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly or annual sales quotas.

• Market Analysis & Reporting: Conducting research on market trends and competitors, and preparing reports on sales performance.

• Product Expertise: Developing in-depth knowledge of products/services to answer customer queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and presentations.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking and rapport-building abilities.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.

• Motivation: Results-driven, energetic, and self-motivated mindset.

• Education: A high school diploma is typically required; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often preferred.
