Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and networking.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
Coordinate with the engineering, production, and service teams for project execution.
Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills:
Strong technical and sales aptitude.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
Qualification:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
