Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Engineer to handle sales activities for laser machines and cutting plotters. The role involves technical sales, customer interaction, product demonstration, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new customers and business opportunities in industrial sectors

• Promote and sell laser marking machines, laser cutting machines, and plotters

• Conduct machine demonstrations and explain technical specifications to clients

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Coordinate with service/technical teams for installation and support

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Collect market feedback and competitor information

• Visit customers regularly and attend exhibitions/trade shows

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / EEE / ECE preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in industrial or machine sales (laser/CNC/plotter preferred)

• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales can also apply

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel for field sales

• Basic knowledge of MS Office
