Job Title: Sales Engineer – VRF & Ducted Air Conditioning Systems
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with experience in VRF and Ducted Air Conditioning Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, preparing technical proposals, and achieving sales targets. A sound understanding of HVAC systems and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base for VRF and ducted air conditioning systems.
Meet with consultants, architects, contractors, builders, and end users to understand project requirements.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates
Conduct site visits and recommend suitable HVAC solutions based on customer requirements
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–6years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically in VRF and Ducted Air Conditioning Systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products and applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
