Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive business growth by promoting and selling our pumps and related products. The candidate will act as a bridge between technical solutions and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.

• Promote the dealership program and sell pumps and spare parts.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions and products.

• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.

• Negotiate pricing and close deals.

• Achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers.

• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
  

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in pumps, RO systems, or industrial products).
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of pumps, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Ability to handle clients and work under targets.
