Skill requirement:
● Minimum 5+ Years to 6+ Years of experience in sale of capital equipments

Responsibilities:
1) Represent Pro-Arc to generate business in the region assigned
2) Generate sales orders for sale of machines, retrofits, spares and consumables in this region
3) Achieve sales target set by the company for this region
4) Actively follow up on all leads shared by the company and also generate business through cold-calling
5) Extensively build Pro-arc’s brand recognition in this region
6) Understand customer’s requirements, communicate the requirements effectively to the presales team, organize quotes for the customer, address customer’s technical and commercial queries, consult customer on his requirement with proper solutions, organize live demonstrations for the customers, negotiate and close orders
7) Regular follow up with customers to close deals
8) Negotiate orders at proper prices and terms
9) Follow up for payments with customers and support accounts receivables team for pending payments
10) Coordinate with the base team and the customer through the complete lifecycle of the project
11) Maintain good relations with existing customers and prospects alike
12) Provide regular market feedback, product feedback and customer’s feedback to the management.
13) Support service and installation teams with any support required at customer’s end
14) Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of proper service, prompt response and timely supply of materials
15) Work with base team on marketing activities to improve business and brand presence in this region
16) Prepare MIS and submit regular reports
17) Promptly submitting expense reports and claim statements.
18) Appointing dealers and regularly engaging and supporting existing dealers
