Position Sales Engineer / Junior Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales of pneumatic systems and industrial air tools. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial product sales, be comfortable with field visits, and possess strong technical and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective industrial clients.

Generate new business opportunities through field sales and customer visits.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pneumatic and industrial tool solutions.

Conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations.

Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate with customers.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Research new markets and identify potential business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for timely customer support.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering.

1–2+ years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales.

Experience in selling Pneumatic Systems, Air Tools, Compressors, Industrial Equipment, or Industrial Automation Products.

Strong technical understanding of pneumatic products and industrial applications.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and site visits.

Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
