Job Title: Prefab Field Sales Executive

Qualification: Diploma / BE – Civil or Mechanical

Experience: Relevant experience in prefab/construction / building materials preferred (Freshers with field exposure can also apply)

Job Location: Irumbuliyur, Tambaram

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers for prefab products (site offices, labour camps, cabins, kiosks, etc.)

• Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, and industrial clients

• Generate leads through field visits and local market surveys

• Explain product features, pricing, and technical details to customers

• Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures

• Coordinate with design and production teams for order execution

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma / BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of construction or prefab structures preferred

• Willingness to travel within and around Tambaram

• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month

• Experience in prefab, PEB, modular buildings, UPVC, or construction materials

• Field sales background
