Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate and develop business opportunities for our Prefab Projects Division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying construction projects, meeting contractors and project decision-makers, generating enquiries, and converting leads into orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through regular field visits.

• Visit construction sites, industrial projects, factories, warehouses, builders, contractors and project locations.

• Identify upcoming projects and understand customer requirements for prefab solutions.

• Promote and sell prefabricated office cabins, site offices, security cabins, PUF cabins, portable cabins and related prefab structures.

• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, industries and project managers.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.

• Negotiate with customers and close sales orders.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects from enquiry to order closure.

• Coordinate with estimation, production and installation teams for project requirements.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Maintain daily field visit reports, lead status and follow-up records.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and new project opportunities in the assigned market.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction sales, project sales, building materials, prefab, PEB, infrastructure or related sales.

• Candidates with existing contacts among contractors, builders, architects and construction companies will be preferred.

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory.

• Good communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

• Strong lead-generation and follow-up ability.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to travel extensively for field visits.

• Good knowledge of the Tambaram and surrounding Chennai market.

• Tamil and English communication skills preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have experience in construction/project sales, prefab structures, PEB, building materials, interiors or related industries will be given preference.
