· Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.

· Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.

· Coordinate with service and accounts departments for smooth order execution.

· Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market information.

· Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the service team for resolution.

· Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

· Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

· Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

· Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities when required.
