1) Pre Sales - Identify market for the product, establish contact with the potential customer, making cold call, understanding the application, making presentation, assisting the customer to select the right product & obtaining the customer order.
2) After receipt of order – Ensuring the customer requirement is clearly understood by the operations team, updating the status of the order on a timely basis to the customer, coordinating with the customer and obtain all necessary approval for shipment of the order
3) Post Sales – Follow-up closely with the customer to check if the supplied product meets the all his stated and intended needs, collecting the outstanding from the customer as per the agreed terms, following-up on a regular basis for better customer engagement.
