About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and converting prospects into clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
Explain financial products and services to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
