Sales Coordinator - Commerce Business Location: Mumbai,Maharashtra,India About the role : We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Growth team by ensuring seamless coordination between Sales and internal stakeholders, including Operations, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities Manage sales MIS, trackers, and dashboards for pipeline, live deals, onboarding, approvals, disbursements, collections, and closures. Maintain and update a central tracker for all live transactions. Support the sales team with documentation, onboarding, contract coordination, and vendor registration. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth transaction execution. Prepare periodic sales reports, ageing reports, pending action trackers, and transaction status updates. Eligibility 2–5 years of experience in Sales/ Operations, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
