WE ARE HIRING – FEMALE SALES EXECUTIVE

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Delhi – Near Deepali Chowk Metro Station

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

We are a customized wall clock wholesale business and are looking for a confident, responsible and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to join our new office in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and respond to all customer inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.

Share product catalogues with customers and explain suitable products.

Understand customer requirements and recommend the right wall clock designs/products.

Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Follow up regularly with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Maintain and update customer data and inquiry details in Excel.

Convince and assist customers throughout the order confirmation process.

Understand customer requirements for customized wall clocks.

Create and modify wall clock designs in CorelDRAW according to customer requirements.

Coordinate with customers regarding design changes and approvals.

Follow up for advance and balance payments.

Keep customers updated about their order status.

Assist customers with order tracking and delivery-related queries.

Maintain proper records of inquiries, orders, payments and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.

Knowledge of CorelDRAW is required/preferred.

Comfortable communicating with customers over call and message.

Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers with the right skills and attitude may also apply.
