Job Brief
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our manufacturing sales operations. You will process orders, manage client inquiries, and ensure seamless communication between the sales, production, and dispatch teams. The ideal candidate ensures that factory output aligns with customer delivery timelines
Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Process sales orders, create proforma invoices, and track status from entry to factory fulfillment. [1]
Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with production, quality control, stores, and logistics teams to verify stock availability and dispatch schedules. [1]
Client Communication: Answer incoming customer queries via phone or email regarding order status, product specifications, and delivery dates. [1, 2]
Sales Support: Prepare commercial quotations, tender documents, and sales proposals for the field team. [1]
Reporting: Maintain daily order tracking sheets, sales MIS reports, and customer databases using ERP or Excel. [1]

Requirements & Skills
